These conditions concern the sale of original prints / serigraphs, Fine Art posters and posters made by Michel Caza in his various workshops that are part of his private collection. Almost all appear in his book « Le Caméléon de l’Art contemporain » in French and « The Chameleon of Contemporary Art » in English – books that are edited and sold by Michel Caza-Édition-Terascreen.
GUARANTEE OF QUALITY AND AUTHENTICITY
Insofar as these works are sold by Michel Caza, their printer and « co-author » who executed them jointly and with the agreement and participation of the artists who are the authors, their guarantee of authenticity is self-evident. If requested, Michel Caza is ready to provide a written Certificate of Authenticity, at least for original serigraphs.
As for the original serigraphs / prints, they can be signed and numbered, or in EA (or AP) – Artist proofs).
Some prints called « State Proofs » – of greater value – are either in BàT (Good to Pull), or annotated by the artist and Michel Caza, or dedicated. They are very interesting for collectors because they illustrate the joint creative process of the artist and the printer and their relations.
Their price can be the subject of a particular negotiaion with Michel Caza.
Serigraphs, most of them in good condition, may have some minor damage related to the time elapsed (sometimes 50 years), the storage conditions or others. It is taken into account in the price.
The works are sold unframed.
PRICE
The price of each available work is indicated in the site, in French or in English.
These prices are net and in Euros.
QUANTITY DISCOUNTS
For companies, galleries, museums, bookstores, individuals, art professionals or others who wish to order several works, discounts can be granted.
ORDERS :
They can be done by the form of the site, by mail, by letter but must always be written and accompanied by the payment – after agreement with the owner of the works – Michel Caza, and with his agreement. Some works are only available in one copy and their availability is specified to the customer wishing to place an order.

All orders are considered firm and final.
TRANSPORT, INSURANCE, CUSTOMS.
The price of works is net and if there are customs duties in some countries, they are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
The transport of the works (insured) is done by the French subsidiary of La Poste, Colissimo.
In case of damage to the parcel, it is imperative not to open it, refuse it and ask for it back to the sender: Cazamichel-edition-Terascreen, 33 rue de Pontoise, 95660 Champagne-sur-Oise – France .
For original signed serigraphss, considering their value, the shipping and insurance are offered free of charge, excluding Art posters and posters.
If you have specific requests or wishes regarding the delivery formalities, their location, the type of packaging, etc. , contact us (specifically Philippe Josi -<gozidane1@gmail.com> by chat or email, before completing the order and finalize payment.
MEANS AND TERMS OF PAYMENT
The full payment of one or more works is required simultaneously with the order or the form of purchase on the site (preferably by email) or at <michelcaza.m@neuf.fr>.
It can be done by Paypal (therefore with any credit card recognized internationally), by bank transfer or check as indicated on the invoice which will also be sent by email as an attachment.
Checks are only accepted if issued by a French bank.
RETURN OF WORKS
We do not accept any return of the works without prior agreement in view of a justified claim. The only exception to the above is in the case of damage to the package found by the buyer, in which case the buyer must refuse receipt to the carrier.
